Who we are
FundedCEO™ is the entrepreneur-facing advisory platform of NeoValor Advisors. The focus is helping business owners understand where they stand, identify the gaps that may weaken their financial position, and make more deliberate decisions before they pursue capital or growth.
The work is led by Rodney A. Hall, MBA, whose background combines institutional finance experience with borrower-side strategy and entrepreneur education.
The FundedCEO approach
Position before you pursue
Many entrepreneurs focus on the application itself. We focus on the profile behind it — including credit behavior, business consistency, banking history, documentation, capital purpose, and operating readiness.
The goal is not to create the appearance of readiness. It is to help you understand what is strong, what needs attention, and what should be sequenced before the next financial move.
Free live workshop · Every Thursday
Every Thursday, Rodney A. Hall, MBA leads a live capital-readiness workshop for business owners who want to understand what may be strengthening — or weakening — their position before they apply for funding.
The session covers the risk signals lenders evaluate, credit and utilization, business structure, banking history, documentation, lender fit, and application sequencing. The Capital Readiness Assessment™ is completed live during the workshop.

Frequently asked questions
Our approach is designed to help you understand your current position, identify potential gaps, and know what to address before pursuing capital.
No. The Capital Readiness Assessment™ does not require a credit pull and does not impact your credit score.
You’ll see your current capital-readiness position, identify potential issues that may be affecting your funding profile, and understand what areas may need attention before you apply.
That’s exactly what the assessment is designed to help uncover. Based on your score and current position, you’ll be directed toward the most appropriate next step — whether that’s Capital Authority Advisory™, Capital Circle, or continued education through the free Thursday workshop.
Many funding programs focus on submitting applications. We focus on positioning before applying. The FundedCEO approach helps business owners understand how lenders may evaluate their credit profile, business structure, banking relationships, documentation, and overall capital readiness before entering a funding sequence.
Approximately 3 minutes to complete. You’ll answer 25 questions covering the major areas that influence your capital-readiness profile.
The Capital Readiness Score™ is a 0–100 educational positioning score based on five areas of your funding profile: personal credit, business and entity alignment, banking relationships, documentation readiness, and capital deployment readiness. Your responses are used to identify your current position and areas that may require attention before pursuing funding.
80–100 — Capital-Ready Operator: Your profile demonstrates stronger overall readiness. The next step may include a Capital Authority Strategy Call to review your positioning and potential capital strategy.
55–79 — Positioned Operator: Your profile may need a small number of targeted adjustments before moving into a funding sequence. Capital Authority Advisory™ may be an appropriate next step.
30–54 — Building Operator: Your foundation still needs development before pursuing capital aggressively. Capital Circle can provide a structured environment for continuing that work.
0–29 — Rebuilding Operator: The priority is strengthening the foundational areas of your profile before pursuing funding. Capital Circle’s rebuild path is designed to support that process.
There is no dead end. The purpose of the assessment is to show you where you are now and what should come next.
The Capital Readiness Assessment™ is an educational positioning tool and is not lender underwriting, prequalification, or a guarantee of approval, funding amount, rate, or terms.
