FundedCEO™ Legal

Terms of Service

Effective date September 15, 2026

This policy applies to FundedCEO services provided by NeoValor Advisors. Service-specific agreements and mandatory consumer rights may also apply.

1

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and NeoValor Advisors, which operates the FundedCEO™ brand (collectively, "FundedCEO," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of fundedceo.com, related landing pages, workshops, assessments, communities, memberships, digital products, educational materials, advisory offerings, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, creating an account, registering for an event, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. A separate signed agreement may apply to credit restoration, capital advisory, private-client work, or another specialized engagement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law always control.

2

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Services are intended for users located in the United States unless we expressly agree otherwise.

3

Nature of the Services

FundedCEO provides education, readiness tools, general information, coaching, consulting, and, under separate written agreements, certain personalized services. FundedCEO is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, law firm, accounting firm, insurance company, or registered investment adviser. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not make credit decisions, extend credit, control a lender, or act as the customer's fiduciary.

Assessments, scorecards, ranges, readiness classifications, lender discussions, and strategy recommendations are educational or advisory estimates. They are not loan applications, lender prequalifications, credit decisions, commitments to lend, or guarantees. A lender or other third party independently determines eligibility, approval, amount, pricing, terms, and timing.

Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or estate-planning advice. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before acting on those matters.

4

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee credit-report changes, credit-score increases, deletion of accurate information, loan approval, funding amount, interest rate, credit limit, timing, profitability, income, business growth, or any other result. Outcomes depend on facts outside our control, including the accuracy of your information, your credit and financial profile, your actions, lender criteria, market conditions, and third-party decisions.

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises that you will obtain the same or similar results. Any stated readiness standard is a positioning benchmark and not a lender rule or guarantee unless specifically attributed to an identified lender.

5

Capital Readiness Assessments

A Capital Readiness Assessment or similar tool uses information supplied by you to provide an educational readiness indication. It does not access every factor used by a financial institution and may not reflect the underwriting model used by any particular lender. You must not treat an assessment result as permission or instruction to apply for credit. You remain responsible for independently evaluating whether, when, and where to apply.

6

Credit Related Services and Consumer Rights

Credit-related education does not require you to purchase personalized credit services. Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with consumer reporting agencies at no cost.

Any personalized credit-restoration service is governed by a separate written agreement and all required federal and state disclosures and cancellation notices. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, a state credit-services law, or another nonwaivable consumer-protection law. These Terms do not authorize FundedCEO to request or receive payment at a time prohibited by applicable law.

We do not advise consumers to dispute information they know is accurate, create a new credit identity, use an Employer Identification Number in place of a Social Security number, submit a false identity-theft report, or provide false information to a consumer reporting agency, creditor, lender, or government agency.

7

Accounts and Community Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred, scraped, recorded, or distributed. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Community participation is subject to posted rules. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, confidential information, intellectual property, platform security, or legal compliance. Suspension for misconduct does not eliminate amounts lawfully earned or owed.

8

Information You Provide

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information. You may not submit altered financial records, false applications, false dispute claims, or information you are not authorized to provide. You authorize us to use information you submit only as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement.

Do not place Social Security numbers, full credit reports, government identification, tax returns, bank statements, insurance documents, estate documents, or account credentials in public community posts, comments, or unsecured messages. Use only the secure submission method we designate.

9

Fees and Payments

Prices, billing frequency, taxes, payment timing, and included services are disclosed at checkout or in the applicable service agreement. You authorize the identified payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for amounts you approve. You are responsible for accurate billing information and applicable taxes.

Fees for private-client services, success-based compensation, referral arrangements, and milestone payments are governed by the applicable signed agreement. We will disclose material compensation or conflicts where required. We do not control fees imposed by lenders, credit bureaus, monitoring providers, payment processors, or other third parties.

10

Recurring Memberships

When you purchase a recurring membership, the checkout will disclose the amount, billing interval, and automatic-renewal terms before you authorize the charge. Your payment method will be charged at each renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel future renewals through the membership platform's billing controls or by submitting a cancellation request at fundedceo.com/cancel . Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily leaves access active through the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already completed. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details and exceptions required by law.

11

Digital Products

Digital products may include reports, checklists, templates, calculators, recordings, and interactive materials. A purchase grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, share access to, remove branding from, or create competing products from the materials.

12

Intellectual Property

The Services, including their text, videos, graphics, software, assessments, frameworks, trademarks, course structure, and downloadable materials, are owned by or licensed to FundedCEO and are protected by intellectual-property laws. FundedCEO™, F.U.N.D.S.™, and related names, designs, and materials may not be used without written permission. No ownership right transfers to you.

13

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate law; impersonate another person; harass or defraud anyone; introduce malware; bypass access controls; harvest data; reverse engineer protected software; make unauthorized recordings; infringe rights; submit false financial or credit information; or interfere with another user. We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful requests.

14

User Content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and administer the Services, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Do not post confidential or sensitive information in community areas. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content.

15

Third Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with lenders, consumer reporting agencies, payment processors, community platforms, videoconferencing services, credit-monitoring providers, software vendors, insurers, attorneys, accountants, real-estate professionals, and other third parties. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control or guarantee their products, security, decisions, availability, or performance. An introduction is not an endorsement or guarantee.

16

Communications

Transactional communications concerning your registration, purchase, security, account, or service may be sent using the contact information you provide. Marketing emails and automated marketing calls or texts are governed by applicable law and your separate consent where required. You may withdraw marketing consent without canceling a purchase. Instructions for opting out are provided in the communication or Privacy Policy.

17

Availability and Changes

We may update content, instructors, schedules, features, and delivery methods when reasonably necessary, provided that we do not materially reduce a paid service without an appropriate remedy. Live events may be rescheduled for operational, safety, or force-majeure reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

18

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a specific lender or transaction. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

19

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundedCEO and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, lender decisions, credit inquiries, or third-party conduct arising from the Services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid FundedCEO for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.

This section does not limit liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable obligations.

20

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify FundedCEO against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, false information, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized submission of another person's information. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by FundedCEO's own unlawful conduct.

21

Disputes and Governing Law

Before filing a nonurgent dispute, each party agrees to give the other written notice describing the issue and requested resolution and to allow thirty days for a good-faith response. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency relief, exercising a statutory cancellation right, filing a regulatory complaint, or pursuing a claim before a limitation period expires.

Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory law in your state of residence may apply. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive a class-action right unless a separately signed, attorney-approved agreement lawfully provides otherwise.

22

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to payment and cancellation obligations. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unlawful activity, serious or repeated rule violations, threats to security, nonpayment, or material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.

23

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms prospectively. The revised version will identify its effective date. If a change materially affects a paid recurring service, we will provide notice as required by law and, when required, obtain consent before applying the change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

24

General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or change of control, subject to applicable law. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement for general website use, but they do not replace a separate service agreement.

25
