Website Disclaimer

This page provides important limitations and disclosures. Read it together with the Terms of Service , Privacy Policy , and Refund and Cancellation Policy .

1

Educational and Advisory Nature

FundedCEO provides education, readiness tools, workshops, community content, coaching, consulting, and, only under separate written agreements, certain personalized services. General website content is informational and does not create a professional, fiduciary, lender-borrower, or attorney-client relationship.

FundedCEO and NeoValor Advisors are not a bank, lender, consumer reporting agency, law firm, accounting firm, insurance company, estate-planning firm, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or estate-planning advice.

2

No Loan Offer Prequalification or Credit Decision

FundedCEO does not make credit decisions or control the underwriting standards of any lender. A workshop, questionnaire, scorecard, Capital Readiness Assessment, readiness category, recommendation, estimated range, or strategy discussion is not a loan application, lender prequalification, lender preapproval, commitment to lend, or guarantee of financing.

Any lender or financing provider independently decides whether to approve an application and determines the amount, product, credit limit, interest rate, fees, collateral, personal-guarantee requirements, repayment terms, and timing. Do not apply solely because a FundedCEO educational tool indicates that you may be positioned to proceed.

3

No Guaranteed Results

FundedCEO does not guarantee removal of credit-report information, a credit-score increase, a particular credit profile, approval, funding amount, interest rate, introductory annual percentage rate, credit limit, approval speed, revenue, profit, investment return, or business outcome. Accurate and verifiable negative credit information generally cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable.

Results depend on the customer's starting profile, accuracy and completeness of information, actions, timing, lender criteria, market conditions, third-party decisions, and other factors outside FundedCEO's control. Readiness standards are positioning benchmarks unless expressly attributed to a named lender; they are not universal lender rules.

4

Credit Information and Credit Restoration

Consumers may obtain credit reports and dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with consumer reporting agencies without purchasing FundedCEO services. FundedCEO does not advise anyone to dispute information known to be accurate, create a new credit identity, use an Employer Identification Number instead of a Social Security number, file a false identity-theft report, or submit false information.

Personalized credit-restoration services require a separate written agreement, mandatory disclosures, and cancellation notices. Website policies do not replace those documents or waive any federal or state consumer right.

5

Funding and Zero Percent Claims

References to zero-percent financing, funding ranges, or funding timelines describe potential product structures or documented individual examples only when specifically stated. Zero-percent offers are ordinarily promotional, time-limited, subject to underwriting, and may carry fees or a higher rate after the introductory period. Not every applicant or approval qualifies.

The phrases "up to," "as much as," or a stated range do not mean that the maximum or any amount is likely. Marketing must not describe a person as "qualified," "prequalified," or "preapproved" unless an identified lender has actually made that determination or the language unmistakably states that it is only a non-lender educational estimate.

6

Testimonials Examples and Case Studies

A testimonial or case study describes the experience of the identified person under that person's circumstances. It is not a promise or representation that another customer will obtain the same result. Specific credit, funding, income, or timing claims must be supported by records and accompanied by a clear disclosure of the results consumers can generally expect when such data exists.

The phrases "results not typical" and "individual results may vary" do not, by themselves, cure an advertisement that communicates that an exceptional result is representative. FundedCEO should not publish a specific results claim when it cannot substantiate the claim and the message consumers will reasonably take from it.

7

Third Parties Referrals and Compensation

FundedCEO may provide information about or introductions to lenders, consumer reporting agencies, credit-monitoring providers, payment processors, attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, real-estate professionals, or other independent third parties. Those parties control their services, decisions, terms, privacy practices, licensing, and fees.

FundedCEO may receive a referral, affiliate, marketing, or other fee when disclosed. A compensated relationship does not change a third party's independent obligations and does not guarantee suitability, approval, or performance. Review the third party's documents and conduct your own due diligence.

8

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing applications, disclosures, agreements, and financial commitments before signing or submitting them; providing truthful and complete information; protecting account credentials; monitoring credit and financial accounts; and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

Do not send Social Security numbers, full credit reports, government identification, tax returns, bank statements, or account credentials through ordinary email, text messages, public comments, or community posts. Use only the secure submission method designated for an active service.

9

Artificial Intelligence Notice

If a webpage, chat, telephone line, assessment, or support tool identifies itself as automated or powered by artificial intelligence, the user is interacting with an automated system rather than a human. Automated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as a lender decision or professional advice. A user may request human review when that option is offered.
