Scope and Controller
This Privacy Policy explains how NeoValor Advisors, which operates the FundedCEO™ brand collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use fundedceo.com, register for a workshop, complete an assessment, join a community, purchase a product or service, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with the Services.
For purposes of applicable privacy law, NeoValor Advisors is the business or controller responsible for the personal information described in this Policy unless a separate notice identifies another entity. This Policy does not govern an independent lender, consumer reporting agency, payment processor, professional adviser, or other third party operating under its own privacy notice.
Personal Information We Collect
Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, date of birth when legitimately required, account username, and identity-verification information.
Business information, such as company name, entity type, ownership role, industry, time in business, business address, revenue ranges, banking relationships, funding objectives, and business documentation.
Financial and capital-readiness information, such as self-reported credit ranges, utilization ranges, income or revenue ranges, existing obligations, lender relationships, funding history, application history, and assessment responses. When a signed agreement requires review of more detailed documents, those documents must be submitted through the designated secure system.
Transaction information, such as products purchased, payment status, billing address, refunds, and transaction identifiers. Payment processors generally process full payment-card details; we do not intentionally store complete card numbers or security codes in ordinary website or community systems.
Account and community information, such as membership level, course progress, posts, comments, uploaded materials, support requests, attendance, and coaching interactions.
Communications and media, such as emails, messages, call notes, survey responses, testimonials submitted with permission, and audio or video when a session is recorded after appropriate notice.
Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction with emails or advertisements.
Inferences and readiness outputs derived from the information above, such as an educational readiness category, recommended learning pathway, or service routing recommendation. These outputs are not lender credit decisions.
Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from service providers that support our operations; from referral partners when you have authorized the referral; and, for a separately contracted service, from consumer reporting agencies, credit-monitoring providers, lenders, financial institutions, or professionals when you direct or authorize the disclosure.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and administer workshops, assessments, memberships, education, digital products, and contracted services; create and secure accounts; process transactions; communicate about registrations and purchases; provide customer support; personalize content and pathway recommendations; schedule sessions; maintain records; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; improve our Services; measure marketing; and send marketing where permitted.
We will not use a consumer report or detailed financial document for a materially different purpose without authorization or another lawful basis.
Cookies Analytics and Advertising
We and our vendors may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, analytics, attribution, and advertising. These technologies may recognize your browser across visits and may disclose identifiers and activity to analytics or advertising providers.
Where required, we will provide a cookie preference tool or other method to opt out of nonessential tracking. Browser settings can block some cookies but may affect site functionality. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal as required.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to vendors that provide hosting, customer relationship management, community platforms, payment processing, email and text delivery, scheduling, videoconferencing, analytics, advertising, security, document management, credit-service software, and professional support. Vendors are authorized to process information for contracted purposes and are expected to protect it.
At your direction or with appropriate authorization, we may disclose relevant information to lenders, funding providers, consumer reporting agencies, credit-monitoring providers, attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, estate-planning professionals, real-estate professionals, or other parties involved in a requested service or introduction.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; to protect rights, safety, and security; to investigate fraud; or when required by law, court order, subpoena, or lawful government request.
We do not sell Social Security numbers, consumer reports, bank statements, tax returns, government identification, or account credentials. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or targeted-advertising disclosures may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain state laws; eligible users may exercise the opt-out rights described below.
Sensitive Information
We collect sensitive information only when reasonably necessary for a requested service, legal obligation, identity verification, fraud prevention, or another disclosed purpose. Do not send sensitive documents through community posts, comments, ordinary text messages, or unsecured email. Use the secure portal or document system we designate.
Where law requires consent to process sensitive information, we will request consent before processing. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics for unrelated advertising.
Consumer Reports and Credit Information
When a service requires access to a consumer report or credit-monitoring information, we will request written authorization and use the information for the authorized purpose. We do not access a consumer report merely because someone registers for a workshop or completes a self-reported assessment. Customers should not provide credit-monitoring passwords unless the applicable provider and secure workflow lawfully permit it.
Data Retention
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contracts, maintain transaction and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and satisfy tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, multifactor authentication where available, vendor management, secure transmission tools, and workforce confidentiality requirements. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using the designated secure channel. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure.

Eligible Texas residents may exercise rights provided by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling. If we deny a request, you may appeal by responding through the same privacy-request channel and identifying the request as an appeal.
California and Other State Rights
Residents of California and other states may have additional rights and disclosures based on residence, applicable thresholds, and our processing activities. We will honor verified requests required by applicable law. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information unless separate terms describe the program and consent process.
